The registration fee (currently GH₵ 50) covers your participation in the tournament, use of the venue and the organisation of matches. Payment processing fees charged by Paystack are added on top and shown before you pay.

Registering does not give you a spot. Your spot, player number and team are confirmed only once your payment is confirmed.

Registration fees are not refundable if you withdraw, are disqualified, or miss matches for any reason.

If we cancel a tournament, every confirmed player receives a full refund of the amount they paid, including the processing fee, to the account they paid from. We cancel a tournament if fewer than 6 players have paid by the registration deadline, or if it cannot go ahead for reasons on our side, such as losing the venue.

A tournament goes ahead only if at least 6 players have paid by the registration deadline.

In each edition's final, the champion receives a custom trophy, 2nd place receives silver medals and 3rd place receives bronze medals, plus sponsor gifts when available. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only the final places earn prizes. Winning a hall or campus stage on its own does not. Winners must show valid ID matching their registration to collect their prize.

The Campus Edition is open to registered students of the participating universities, who must upload a photo of a valid student ID. The Hood Edition is open to everyone else. Each person may register once per tournament.

You choose one team when you register and keep it for the whole tournament. Each team can be used by only one player per tournament, first come, first served. A team is held for 15 minutes while you pay.

Matches follow real football rules: red cards and yellow card accumulation suspend that footballer from your next match, league tables use points, goal difference, goals scored, head-to-head and fair play, and a no-show after the late limit is a 3–0 walkover.

Cheating, exploits, abusive behaviour or fielding a suspended footballer can lead to forfeiting matches or disqualification, without a refund. The organiser's decision on disputes is final after the 24-hour appeal window.

We only show your gamer tag, team, hall or hood and match statistics publicly. Your name, phone number, email and student ID photo are kept private, used only to run the tournament and confirm eligibility, and never sold.
